Responsible for ensuring we have the systems and processes in place for the smooth running of the company. The goal at Cubefunder is to ensure the whole process from applying for a loan to getting the funds in your bank account is as smooth as possible.
I am the Risk & Operations Director here at Cubefunder, my role is to work right at the heart of the business closely with my senior management team and our CEO to ensure all company objectives are met. My role ranges from overseeing that our customer sales team are delivering the correct information to our new and existing customers to approving funding for new customers and overseeing the maintenance of those relationships as time moves on.
Hi, I'm Tamsin. I am the Operations Director at Cubefunder and my role involves operational leadership in all departments, from working with Inês in Marketing, to developing and coaching our Loan Sales Advisors.
I work closely with Hayley, the Risk & Operations Director, and Max, Head of Sales, to oversee the day-to-day operation and to ensure that our processes are running efficiently. I also oversee all areas of recruitment and team development. I work to actively promote growth and internal progression for the talented team of employees we have working at Cubefunder.
I ensure all contractual payments are made. I am also responsible for processing incoming funds as well as resolving account queries, and managing all existing loan accounts.
As a Credit Control Director, I manage our loan book on a day-to-day basis and maintain a strong relationship with all our customers, after they have been funded.
For the final stage of our lending process, we visit our applicants at their place of business so they can get to know us and we can get to know them. After a successful onsite visit, we will fund the loan as soon as all the necessary documents are completed.
My daily duties at Cubefunder vary from looking after our sales team, overseeing new applications from Brokers/Introducers and also visiting each of our customers. I have a great mix of being in the office and also out seeing different parts of the country and meeting our customers which helps to keep things fresh and engaging.
My daily duties at Cubefunder consist of liaising with our investors and obtaining more capital to invest into Cubefunder to help with growth.
As well as liaising with our investors and obtaining more capital to invest in Cubefunder, I also visit our applicants at their place of business for the final stage of our lending process to conduct an onsite visit. This is so we can get to know the Directors of the businesses we may ultimately lend to.
I am the Digital Marketing Manager at Cubefunder.
I am responsible for, amongst other things, planning, developing, implementing, and managing our various digital marketing initiatives and campaigns. My role allows me the opportunity of working with other teams (for example, developers, product, and sales) on a daily basis, which I really enjoy doing as it ensures all departments are working toward a common goal.
Responsible for building and implementing ideas for promoting Cubefunder. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with Ines to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
I use my previous experience as a Loan Sales Manager to achieve better results from our leads and processes. As a Marketing Coordinator, I develop and execute marketing techniques while keeping in close contact with the Loan Sales team, in order to build stronger performing campaigns.
I am the founder and CEO of Cubefunder. Combining my experience in lending to the SME and consumer markets over many years, Cubefunder is bringing a fresh understanding of the frustrations SME’s face in engaging lenders for the next stage of business growth.
Our products are designed to support the funding needs of a range of businesses from the Corner Cafe to Manufacturers to IT Consultants and all points between.
The Cubefunder team is younger than me, which keeps it interesting! It’s like a family here and I sit in the open-plan office with everyone, so we all work closely together.
