Credit Control Executive (Windsor)

Cubefunder is looking for a Credit Control Executive to support the collections team.

This will include:

Manage and monitor outstanding payments, ensuring timely collections
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate payments
Colaborate with internal teams to improve credit control processes

What are we looking for:

Proven experience in customer service, credit control, collections, or a related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism
Knowledge in Excel reporting and CRM platforms

Our office is based in Windsor and has river views and is a 1-minute walk from Windsor & Eton Riverside train station. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
