What’s your role at Cubefunder?

I’m the Customer Service Manager. I work on the front line, talking to our existing and prospective customers, plus I manage the team.

Describe your typical day?

I get to understand our customers, what they do, what’s happening in their business. We work on certain lending criteria, so it’s about filtering that information, asking what they intend to use the funds for, what upcoming changes, contract wins or challenges they might have coming up in their business etc.

What do you enjoy about working here?

At 21, I’m really enjoying the career progression that I get with Cubefunder. There’s also a lot of variety in my role and in my working day, which I like. The variety of businesses and people we lend to plus the tasks that I get to do makes each day interesting.

What would you be doing if you didn’t work here?

I‘d probably be working in another role in the finance sector but might not have the opportunities to progress, that I have here. If I really had to do something different, it would be something creative in the arts or working with animals.

What superpower would you like to have?

Invisibility – for the sneakiness factor!
